1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.3. Dvirtex.lt is guided by the following basic principles of personal data processing:
1.3.1. Personal data are collected for specified and legitimate purposes.
1.3.2. Personal data are processed accurately and fairly.
1.3.3. Personal data is processed lawfully i.e. only where:
- a contract is concluded or executed where one of the parties is a data subject;
- Dvirtex.lt is obliged to process personal data in accordance with the law;
- personal data must be processed for the legitimate interest pursued by Dvirtex.lt or a third party to whom the personal data are supplied and if the interests of the data subject are not overriding.
1.3.4. Personal data is constantly updated.
1.3.5. Personal data shall be kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes of which the data were processed.
1.3.6. Personal data shall only be processed by authorized personnel.
1.3.7. All information about processed personal data is confidential.
1.3.8. The State Data Protection Inspectorate shall be notified of the processing of personal data in accordance with the established procedure.
1.4. When processing and storing your personal data, we implement organizational and technical measures to ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, and any other unlawful processing.
1.5. There are different terms for storing personal data, depending on the purpose:
1.5.1. E-Commerce - Registered User Data is kept for 3 years from the last visit to the Website.
1.5.2.Website Registration and Ecommerce - Registrants' accounts are kept for 3 years from the date of their last visit to the Company's e-store.
1.5.3 Purchase data - 1 year after purchase.
1.5.4. Newsletter sending (direct marketing) - 5 years from consent.
1.5.5. Selection of job candidates - By the end of the job selection.
1.5.6. Video surveillance - 30 days from the moment of capture.
2. COLLECTION, HANDLING AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
2.1. Dvirtex.lt respects everyone's right to privacy. Your personal data (name, address, telephone number, email address and other information in the e-store registration form) is collected and processed in order to:
2.1.1. process orders for your goods;
2.1.2. issue financial documents;
2.1.3. resolve issues related to the presentation or delivery of goods;
2.1.4. to fulfill other contractual obligations.
3. COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
3.1. Dvirtex.lt keeps the right to transfer information to third parties:
3.1.1. only for the purposes mentioned in paragraph 2.1.3 of this document;
3.1.2. only under the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. MODIFICATION OR UPDATE OF PERSONAL DATA
4.1. You have the right to change and / or update the information provided in the registration form.
4.2. You can notify us by phone, e-mail of any changes or by coming to at Dvirtex physical stores.
5. COMMUNICATION OF INFORMATION OR CLAIMS
5.2 You have the right to demand the modification or the suspension of the processing of your personal data except for storage where the data are being processed in a manner that is not lawful.
5.3. Dvirtex.lt will respond to your request for personal data processing within 30 calendar days from the date of your request. Only requests for the processing of personal data submitted in writen form shall be considered.
7. VIDEO MONITORING
7.1. We conduct video surveillance in the premises (trade hall) located at Raudondvario pl. 99, Kaunas and Pramonės pr. 30, Kaunas. You are monitored by CCTV cameras if you visit us. In this case, you will be additionally informed about our video surveillance information boards.
7.2 The purpose of video surveillance is to ensure the safety and security of employees and visitors, to protect the property of the Data Controller, its employees and visitors.
7.3. In the areas and facilities mentioned above, video surveillance is continuous.
7.4. Exceptions to the above storage periods may be granted insofar as such deviations do not violate your rights as a data subject, meet legal requirements and are justified and properly documented.
7.5. In the event that certain of your personal data is required to assert, enforce, or defend legal claims, we will retain such data to the extent necessary to achieve such purposes through judicial, administrative or extrajudicial procedures.
